Booking terms
Please read these terms before you book. By booking an appointment you agree to them. Last updated: October 2026.
Who we treat
Treatments are for clients aged 18 and over. We may ask for proof of age. Every treatment follows an individual consultation and assessment, and we may decline or postpone treatment if it isn’t suitable or safe for you.
Consultations and deposits
- Cosmetic nurse consultations are free of charge. A $50 booking deposit is taken when you book to secure your time.
- The $50 deposit is redeemed against the cost of your treatment. Deposit terms will be explained at consultation and confirmed in writing before you pay.
- A consultation does not oblige you to proceed with any treatment. You are welcome to take time to consider your options before booking treatment.
Cancellations, rescheduling and late arrivals
- Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule, by phone or text on 0405 310 312 or through your booking confirmation.
- If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or don’t attend, your deposit may be forfeited.
- If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rebooked.
Prices
Prices on our website are in Australian dollars, include GST where applicable, and are a guide only. Your final treatment plan and price are confirmed at consultation before treatment. Prices may change without notice, but the price confirmed at your consultation applies to that treatment.
Courses, packages and introductory prices
- Course prices (for example, a course of three sessions) are for the named treatment and area, for one person. Payment and course terms will be explained at consultation and confirmed in writing before you pay.
- Sessions are scheduled at the intervals recommended by your practitioner. Courses are not transferable.
- If a course is not suitable to continue for clinical reasons, we’ll discuss the options for any unused sessions with you.
- Introductory or promotional prices apply only as stated and can’t be combined with other offers.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Results vary between individuals and are not guaranteed; please read about risks, downtime and aftercare.
